We have three parcels of approximately three acres each for sale to qualified buyers interested in building a Net Zero energy efficient home. The parcels are located 6 miles NW of Shawnee, OK and each parcel consists of a wooded building site, some rolling pasture and a creek. It is possible for owners to invest sweat equity if they wish to save on construction costs and have the time and skills necessary.

Because Bridlewood construction is the owner of the land and because we manufacture or represent all products involved in the construction of a NET ZERO home, we are able to keep the cost of construction below that of a conventionally built custom home. Cost of construction will vary depending on the desires of the homeowner but it is very possible to build an energy efficient home with ZERO utility costs - FOREVER for under $100/sq ft (costs of land included). Our building cost will be thousands less than the appraised value of the completed home resulting in instant equity for owners and assistance in financing.
